When: Sow outside 2 - 4 weeks before your last average frost date and when the soil is at least 40 degrees. For succession planting, sow seeds every 3 weeks until 4 - 6 before your first average frost date in the fall! You can start seeds inside 4 - 6 weeks before your last average frost date.
